Born in Manresa, Barcelona on September 29, 1942, Miguel was drawing at an early age. At the age of 14 he was admitted to the School of Arts, where he obtained a higher grade "Matrícula de Honor". Later he studied at the studios of Basiana and Vilajosana, where was initiated into oil painting. At a yound age, he participated in compeititions and rceived awards at the state level. Late, he attended the studio of González Carbonell. He painted his first mural painting in 1964 and since then, he made use of his painting method on gold leaf for other murals.  A restless creator, he has made cartoons, scenography, short films and publicity. His work is found in the US, Canada, France, Italy and Belgium.
