Claudia Mandl

Claudia Mandl was born in Romania, in the region of Transylvania. She’s been passionate about painting from childhood. She began painting medieval urban cities such as Sighisoara, Sibiu and Brasov. She now lives in Montreal, a city that fascinates her. Human personages are also presented in her creations with great detail.

The mediums she uses are oil, acrylic, watercolor, pastel and china ink. Her paintings are a mixture of her emotions and her years of studying art. She has learned to use art and the harmonization of colors to express what she feels. Painting brings her great happiness and she considers herself lucky for having this gift.
