Robert Alexander

 

Robert Alexander has a Bachelor of Arts from Université de Montréal and studied at the Visual Arts Centre in Westmount  and  the Saidye Bronfman Centre. His works have been exhibited in many Festivals and galleries in Quebec and Ontario. When he begins a painting, he is inspired by an idea, a subject but the unforeseen winds of creation frequently take him into a marvelous new world. His main interest is working with colors. He  usually works with a limited palette, often with primary colors.  He started his art exhibition in 2004. Some of his most recent exhibitions include: December 2011 at L’Espace contemporain,  Galerie d’art, Montreal ( solo) and many group exhibitions: June 2012 at the  New Art Festival, Ottawa; 2010: Festiv’Art  Frelighsburg, Frelighsburg(St-François d'Assise); Salon d’automne, Mont St-Hilaire; Musée de Mont St-Hilaire; Galerie Zone Orange, Montreal and many more.
